RINGROSE PHILIP THOMAS. Passed away peacefully at RD&E Hospital on 22nd October 2021, aged 72 years. Wonderful friend to many and will be truly missed by all. He is now reunited with his Mum. Funeral service to be held at St Peter’s Church, Budleigh Salterton on Monday 15th November at 2:30pm.
