WATTS, on July 5th at Pinewood Residential Home Budleigh Salterton Arthur, loving Husband of Olive for 67 years. Much loved Dad of Cilla & Mike, Heather & Martin, Nigel & Lesley, and the late Andrew. He will be greatly missed by his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
