PENGILLEY RICHARD aged 72, passed away unexpectedly on 14th July 2019. Beloved husband of Morag, loving father to Angela and Nick and devoted grandfather of Lara and Amy. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Celebration of Life Service to be held at East Devon Crematorium on Monday 29th July at 12.15pm.
