JEFFERY JOAN MARY. Passed away peacefully at the RD&E Hospital on 22nd May 2019, aged 92 years. Beloved mum of Sarah, Paul and daughter-in-law Sarah, and Grandma of Izzie and Ben. Will be missed by all. Funeral service to held at St Paul’s Chapel, Exeter Crematorium on Friday 14th June at 3:00pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Prostate Cancer UK may be given at the service.Your tribute has been received.
