JOHNSON. On May 11th at a Nursing Home in Bristol William Gordon aged 93 years. Much loved husband of the Late Marie and dearly loved father and grandfather. He was a great character who will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He had long and fascinating career in the aircraft industry which included major projects on Concorde and Harrier Jump Jets. Funeral Mass at The Holy Ghost Catholic Roman Catholic Church, Raddenstile Lane, Exmouth Tuesday May 28th at 10.00am, followed by Interment at Budleigh Salterton. Family flowers only, donations in his memory for CAFOD and Alzheimer’s Society may be sent to Richard W. Gegg & Sons, Funeral Directors, 47, Rolle Street, Exmouth. EX8 2RS.
