SWINSCOE DAVID of Exmouth, died suddenly on 8th February 2019. Born on 12th February 1929 in Hull in Yorkshire, David whose first name was John after his father, lived in Exmouth for most of his retirement and called it home. David worked in computers all over the world, during his long working career, but his passion lay in local history research and he published two books relating to the parishes of Blore with Swinscoe and Calton in Staffordshire. He is survived by his beloved wife Margaret, his two children, Tony and Martine and grandchildren Andy, Paul and Oliver. The Celebration of his life will take place on Thursday 7th March 2019 at 1.45pm at East Devon Crematorium. Family flowers only with donations on the Just Giving site for Youth Hostel Association, of which he was a life member from the age of 16 years.Your tribute has been received.
