ROWE. Peacefully on August 27th Joan aged 88 years. Beloved wife if the Late Lewis. Dearly loved mum of Pauline and Andrew. A much loved mum in law, grandma and great ga-ga who will be so very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service Exeter & Devon Crematorium Wednesday September 12th at 1.00pm.
