BARTLETT. (Nee Lucas) On October 8th at The R D & E Hospital Elsie May aged 99 years. Wife of the Late Wilfred Bartlett of Budleigh Salterton. Much loved mum of Shelia and John, a devoted gran and great gran. Funeral Service Exeter & Devon Crematorium Friday October 27th at 2.30pm.
