OSBORNE Dr. Brian Percival died peacefully at home on 3rd October. Beloved husband of Diana, father of Roly & Hugh, grandfather of Samantha. For many years Chemistry tutor at Exeter St. Luke’s Teacher Training College. Private cremation.
