WHEELER. On October 8th, 2017 at The R D & E Hospital Wonford Carole aged 70 years. Dearly loved wife of John, loving mum of Robin and Mandy, Duncan and Hannah. Devoted nanny to Madeline and Benjamin. Funeral Service Exeter & Devon Crematorium Monday October 23rd at 2.30pm.
