HORSNELL HELEN MARY nee Strange. Widow of Richard, died peacefully at home in Budleigh Salterton as she wished, on 15th September 2017, just 6 weeks before her 100th birthday. Helen was a much loved and respected aunt, cousin, friend and dog lover. Celebration of her life and cremation at East Devon Crematorium on Friday 13th October at 12.15pm. Family flowers only.
