OTTO BARBARA JOAN passed away peacefully at The Firs Residential Home on 21st September 2017 aged 97 years. Loving wife of the late Richard (Dick) Ernest Otto she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to take place on Monday 16th October at East Devon Crematorium (Whimple) at 10.45 am. Family flowers only donations in lieu if desired will be for the Otter Valley Association and can be given by retiring collection or a cheque made payable to the charity sent c/o Palmers Funeralcare 45 High Street, Budleigh Salterton EX9 6LE.
