HOWARTH FRANK. Passed away peacefully on August 29th 2017. Aged 84. Much loved husband to Betty. Dear Dad to Trevor (deceased), Lorraine, Steven, Sharon, Peter, Tracey, Frankie and Jane. Loving Granddad and Great Granddad. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 12th September at Exeter & Devon Crematorium at 11.30am - St Peters chapel. Family flowers only.
