SKINNER. On July 18th, 2017 at Knappe Cross Nursing Home Stanley in his ninety-seventh year. Devoted husband of the Late Joyce formerly of Elmfield Crescent. Beloved Dad of David. Funeral Service East Devon Crematorium, Whimple Monday July 31st at 1.45pm. Family flowers only, donations in his memory for The Cats Protection League may be sent to Richard W.
