SLADE Philip passed away peacefully on 3rd May 2017 at the R.D.E aged 63 years. Dearly loved husband of Susan for 44 wonderful years and devoted Dad of Mark and Clare. We miss you so much. Family flowers only. Funeral Service to be held at Exeter & Devon crematorium on Tuesday 23rd May at 2.45pm – St Peters Chapel. Donations if desired to Exmouth & Limestone Hospiscare by retiring collection or maybe sent C/o Crews & Son 16 Tower Street – Exmouth – EX8 1NT .
