Spilsbury Francis Arthur (Frank) aged 97 years, passed peacefully on 21st January 2017. He leaves a daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Stephen, grandson James and grand-daughter Grace. A private cremation service will be followed by a memorial church service in St Peter’s Parish Church, Budleigh Salterton at 2.00 pm on Friday 17th February. Donations in Frank’s memory, if desired, may given by retiring collection or cheque payable to Age Concern (Budleigh Salterton) may be sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 45 High Street, Budleigh Salterton, EX9 6LE
