KEMPSELL Rhoda Dorrie Passed away peacefully on 23rd December 2016, aged 101 years, at Manor Lodge Residential Home, Exmouth. Her twin sister Ivy was by her side. She will be sadly missed by friends and family. Funeral service to be held at St Pauls Chapel, Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Monday 23rd January 2017 at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Dorrie may be made to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, Exmouth Branch at the service or sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 43 Rolle Street, Exmouth Devon EX8 2RS.
