HARPER Kenneth Passed away peacefully on 9th February 2016, aged 77 years. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Thanksgiving service for his life at Exmouth Chapel, 17-19 Exeter Road, Exmouth on Saturday February 20th at 11am. All friends welcome Donations if desired to Open Air Mission or United Beach Mission may be given at the service or sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service 43 Rolle Street, Exmouth EX8 2RS
