BLANCHARD Graham Arthur Peacefully passed away at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital on 30th of March 2015, aged 75. Loved by all the family Service to take place at St Pauls Chapel, Exeter and Devon Crematorium, on Friday 17th April at 12.00 Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Exeter Hospiscare by retiring collection, or c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 43 Rolle Street, Exmouth.
