LOW David, peacefully at Exeter Hospiscare on 3rd March 2015 aged 70. Beloved husband to Susan, a devoted dad to Emma & Terry, John & Barbara and an adoring Papa to Faye. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held on Tuesday 31st March at 2pm in St. Peters Parish Church, Budleigh Salterton. A donation in lieu of flowers may be given by retiring collection or cheque payable to Exeter Hospiscare or Budleigh Salterton & District Hospiscare sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 45 High St, Budleigh Salterton EX9 6LE
