Ellis Frank. Passed away peacefully in the R D & E Hospital after a short bravely fought illness on February 23rd 2015 aged 82 years. Beloved husband of Kathleen and a much loved father of Carol and Jacq. Father in law of Peter and Mike, grandad of Sean and Lizzie, Catherine, Richard and Georgie and Polly. Great grandad of Darcey, Lola and Esmae. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A Funeral Service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held at Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Tuesday March 10th at 2.00pm. “Bye Luv”. Enquiries to Richard W.
