Wade. Reginald George (Sam) passed peacefully on 2nd September 2014. A loving husband to Tracey, father to Susan, Adrian, and Sam, grandfather to many. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 17th September at 1.45pm, East Devon Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, may be by retiring collection or cheque to Alzheimers Society may be sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 43 Rolle St, Exmouth EX8 2RS
