Harvey. Peacefully on July 30th at home after a long illness surrounded by her loving family Rachel aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the Late Richard Alan Harvey (RN rtd). A fantastic mum, grandmother and great grandmother who was adored by all her family. Funeral Service St. Peters Parish Church, Budleigh Salterton, Tuesday August 12th at 11.30am.
