SLADE PATRICIA MARGARET of Exmouth, passed away at Exmouth House on 21st July 2022 aged 92 years. Dearly loved Mother, Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to be held at Glenorchy URC Church, Exeter Road. Exmouth on Tuesday 9th August 2022 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only, donations for Birmingham Children’s Hospital, may be given by retiring collection, or online via Patricia’s tribute page (patricia-slade.muchloved.com) or sent c/o Shoobridge Funeral Services 26 Exeter Road.
