PATRICIA ANNE GRAHAM MBE Passed away peacefully on October 8th aged 81 years. Adored wife of Keito, wonderful mum of David and Lynne, Michael and Sarah, Matthew and Maria and the late Deb. A proud and loving granny and great granny who will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral Service Holy Trinity Church Friday October 28th at 11.00am.
