SLADE Christine née Calow A loving and caring mum, daughter, sister and grandma sadly passed away at the R D & E hospital on 5th August aged 63 years. The funeral service is to be held at East Devon Crematorium on Friday 23rd August at 10am. Family flowers only please.Your tribute has been received.
