Drivers in and around East Devon will have 11 National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
All of them only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• M5, from 9am July 18 2022 to 11.59pm August 29 2027, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5, junction 28 to 29 hard shoulder closure in both directions for parapet works.
And a further 10 closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 8pm February 12 to 6am February 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 29 to 30, lane closure for electrical works.
• M5, from 9pm February 13 to 6am February 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 29 to 30, lane closure for electrical works.
• M5, from 8pm February 15 to 6am March 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 29 to junction 28 carriageway closed for carriageway reconstruction/renew works. Diversion via B3181.
• A303, from 8pm February 15 to 4am February 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 Both Directions Upottery to Marsh two-way signals for drainage.
• M5, from 9pm February 15 to 6am February 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 29 to 30, lane closure for electrical works.
• M5, from 8pm February 19 to 6am February 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 29 to 30, lane closure for electrical works.
• A30, from 9pm February 20 to 4am February 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 Both Directions Monkton to Honiton two-way signals for electrical works.
• M5, from 9pm February 21 to 5am February 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 30 entry slip road lane closure for electrical works.
• A30, from 8pm February 22 to 6am February 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 west Honiton to Daisymount full closure bridge inspection.
• A30, from 8pm February 23 to 6am February 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 west Honiton to Daisymount full closure bridge inspection.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
