An Exmouth care home was entertained by local legends, the Exmouth Shanty Men.
Raleigh Manor residents were led in traditional sea shantys, including Haul Away Joe and Hullabaloo Belay, clapping along and joining in with singing.
After the performance, band members also took the time to enjoy tea and cake with the residents and share local tales.
Raleigh Manor general manager, Gill Pratt said: "The Exmouth Shanty Men are sought-after talent, so we did have to book some months ago.
"They were so engaging and it felt like we were back on the docks of old".
One resident said: "They were fantastic.
"If you haven't seen this group, you have been missing out".
Raleigh Manor, run by Barchester Healthcare, is home to over 50 individuals requiring residential and dementia care.
