The Publicans of the Clinton Arms in Exmouth have secured the future of the pub for another five years, and they have big plans.
Owners Dale and Sue said on social media on Tuesday (April 29) they are "pleased to announce that we have signed an extension to our lease with the brewery, securing The Clinton Arms for at least another five years".
They said: "We have a lot of new plans for The Clinton Arms over the next few years, starting with a very significant investment in the resurfacing of our car park which starts next week. We look forward to sharing our venture with customers existing and new."
In the post, they said they would like to thank customers for their support and the team, Sarah, Danny, Maggie, Tash, Alan, Phil, Bradders, Nigel, Sian and Di.
They added: "Without our team we would not have made it through the very difficult times we have endured over the past few years. Thank you."
