East Devon District Council has announced its full cabinet for 2024/25, with Paul Arnott staying at the helm.
At Annual Council on Wednesday 8 May, Councillor Paul Arnott was re-elected Leader, and he announced his new cabinet for the forthcoming year:
Councillor Paul Hayward - deputy leader and portfolio holder for economy and assets
Councillor Geoff Jung - portfolio holder coast, country and environment
Councillor Marianne Rixson - portfolio holder climate action
Councillor Sarah Jackson - portfolio holder communications and democracy
Councillor John Loudoun - portfolio holder council and corporate co-ordination
Councillor Nick Hookway - portfolio holder culture, leisure, sport and tourism
Councillor Sam Hawkins - portfolio holder finance
Councillor Todd Olive - portfolio holder strategic planning
Councillor Dan Ledger - portfolio holder sustainable homes and communities
Councillor Paula Fernley and Councillor Charlotte Fitzgerald were appointed Assistant Portfolio Holders Coast, Country and Environment, and Councillor Richard Jefferies was appointed Assistant Portfolio Holder Culture, Leisure, Sport and Tourism.
Councillors elected Councillor Eleanor Rylance Chair of the Council and Councillor Eileen Wragg Vice Chair of the Council.
