Budleigh Salterton Ladies Choir will celebrate their 40th anniversary by performing two concerts.
The first concert will be held at St Peter's Church in Budleigh Salterton on May 22, followed by another at Holy Trinity in Exmouth on June 8.
The choir was founded in 1984 by Pam Jones, who recently passed away at the age of 99.
A photograph taken in 1990 shows the choir in long skirts, following successful performances at the Devon and Exeter Music Festival.
This year's musical director, Mr Perry, has selected popular songs from the 70s and 80s for the choir to perform, featuring tunes by Abba, The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Elton John, and numbers from musicals including Les Miserables, Barnum, and Evita.
The choir is known for organising two concerts annually with guest artists, and performs regularly at retirement homes in the Budleigh and Exmouth region.
The choir dedicates its efforts to charitable work, raising approximately £1,000 each year.
This year, in honour of their founder, they will be raising funds for Hospiscare.
Tickets are priced at £8 cash only.
