Six 3rd Exmouth Beavers have received Chief Scouts Bronze Awards - the highest accolade any Beaver can achieve.
The young Beavers have to complete more than 100 tasks and gain several badges, including six challenge badges, to earn the award.
Dawn Witkiss, Group Lead Volunteer and Beaver Scout leader, said: "We are very proud of how hard our Beavers have worked to achieve this accolade."
Meanwhile, 3rd Exmouth are looking for new volunteers to help with the Cubs and Scouts - and a new leader for the Scouts. The current leader has left after nearly 40 years with the group.
There are several different roles available including occasional helpers.
Dawn said: "Volunteers can help as little or as much as they like. The benefits are enormous, volunteering is great for your mental health, we pass on our knowledge to our young people who leave us with skills for life; giving back to your community is also a huge reward."
Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer is asked to email glv@3rdexmouthscouts.org
