The developer behind plans to build 300 homes on the edge of Exmouth is hoping to make 'minor amendments' to those proposals.
3West Group is currently building the Goodmoores Farm estate and has submitted application 24/1514/VAR to make minor amendments to a previous application to build 300 homes, a range of shops and a primary school.
The amendments include moving the home closer to the street to create more prominence in key locations and break up the frontage parking.
- An Increase in soft landscaping, notably tree planting
- Improve the structure with the introduction of a ‘crescented form’ to address the street better
- Repositioning of dwelling to provide surveillance of public open space
- Minor adjustment to turning head
- General increase/improvement of rear gardens. It should be noted that the minor amendments to the layout and design have no significant effect on the previous ecological assessment of the proposed development.
The application will be reviewed by EDDC planning officers before being approved or refused.
