H&M is set to fully reopen its doors in Exeter on Friday 15 November 15 at 10am to a totally refurbished and refit store.

The store will offer customers a new, fresh interior and a new H&M HOME concept, offering contemporary décor and home accessories alongside its expansive womenswear, menswear, kid’s fashion, and beauty collections.  

The 2,800 sqm store is also offering new services including click-and-collect lockers and self-checkouts. 

Klas Degeryd, head of expansion, H&M UK & Ireland said: “We are delighted to reopen in Exeter with the introduction of H&M HOME, allowing us to expand our offering to include homeware alongside our elevated fashion collections, making it easier for customers to find everything they need in one place.

"Our new omni-channel services will enhance the shopping experience, and the enhanced interior design creates a more inviting and inspirational environment, encouraging customers to explore and enjoy our latest fashion and home collections.”

The first 100 customers in the queue on Friday 15 November will be offered a complimentary gift-with-purchase, and visitors can experience exclusive launch day in-store activations.

On 15 November only, H&M Members will get 20% off their purchase in-store.
