Dear Sir,
The splendid letter ["Ideal Place", November 27] from A E Bourner deserves wider publicity and further action.
The suggestion is to revive the centuries-old tradition of the Water Wheel and apply it to our local Rivers.
Can I suggest that readers who are concerned about renewable energy draw the attention of this proposal to Sixth Form students and teachers who might pick up this engineering challenge?
