Withycombe demonstrated their full range of skills in demolishing Ivybridge 2nds 52-10.
An early catch-and-drive saw Callum Tose cross the line inside the first minute and Max Rickards soon added his first try for the club, Lewis Tose adding the conversion.
Within ten minutes, Withies had their third try after the backs had a little time with the ball with Joe Graham getting his maiden Withy try. Captain Joe Blyth added another and when George Doughty also touched down, the Withies led 31-0 at the break.
Doughty powered himself over for another try and with the home side unable to effectively bring Liam Cullen’s dash to the line to a stop, an outstretched arm was enough to give Withy a huge 45-point lead with an hour on the clock.
Danny Sansom added to the score for the wonderful Withies, although credit to Ivybridge for a late consolation.
