In the Devon Women’s Football League Premier Division, Budleigh Salterton kept the pressure on the division leaders.
They beat Stoke Gabriel & Torbay Police 3-2 on Sunday, April 21 after being behind twice in the game.
The Robinettes hero was Kelsey Salter with a hat-trick, keeping Budleigh second in the table.
Also on Sunday, the Budleigh Salterton men’s veterans, travelled to Elburton Villa with a weakened side.
Despite a brave display, they were beaten 3-0.

On Saturday away at Halwill in Division Three, though the Robin’s scored four goals through Joseph Bagley (2) and Greg MacMartin (2), they fell to a 4-5 defeat.
This latest setback come only a few days after they were trounced 8-1 away at Alphington, where the consolation strike came from Daniel Tapp.
