The Exmouth Harriers showcased their stamina in an impressive outing with 24 members participating in six events across two countries.
The participants put on a dazzling display at the 5km Run Exe held on September 3, with 14 Harriers in the fray.
Notable mentions include Oli White who finished 5th, Astede Gidey who secured the 35th position, and Jenny Reay, ranking 100th and being the 1st W65.
On September 7, Matt Harrison and Dana Kalin joined the challenging Jungfrau Marathon in the Swiss Alps.
Described as the most beautiful Marathon in the world, Dana shared her experience saying, "It was great, a lot of uphill but the atmosphere was fantastic with the crowds cheering all along the route and alphorns playing traditional Swiss music with beautiful mountain views."
Meanwhile, Anthony Hatchard, Hugh Marsden and Dawn Teed took on the Sourton Tors Fell Race.
On the same day, Alice Thomas and Dave Stone ran in the Dartmoor Volcano race, covering muddy grounds and sharp ascents.
Kevin Doyle participated in the Hokey Cokey Gribbin 2024 Long Course SwimRun.
The Great North Run, on September 8, saw May Argyle-Lander and Laura Walton test their mettle along with over 60,000 other runners.
Overall, a momentous outing for the Exmouth Harriers.
