East Budleigh Reserves are determined to build on their improved second half performance despite losing 5-2 to Chard.
After trailing 3-0 at halftime, East Budleigh's Tom Christian netted a commendable 30-yard goal nine minutes into the second half.
Chard quickly regained their three-goal lead before a well-placed shot from Brendan Hood made it 4-2.
East Budleigh, missing a chance to score again through Rich Ralph, ended up conceding another goal to Chard.
Next, East Budleigh face Halwill, while the First XI returns to action hosting Newton St Cyres.
